Looking for someone who is easy going and easy to get along with to share a room in my house. there is currently two other males (22 and 32) plus myself. the last two tennants in the room have been females i ask for two week rent up front and two weeks notice if you decide to leave.Rent is $130 per week and Internet and Foxtel are available foxtel is $15 a fortnight and internet is monthly and is just over 20 dollars for unlimited.
