I am looking for a male or female – preferably aged between 18 and 28 to share a 3×2 house in butler (near Mindarie). I am looking for someone to move in as of the beginning of February as settlement goes through this week (It is a newly built house). You will have your own bathroom (not renting out the third room) as well as a spot in a double lockup garage. The house is (mostly) furnished however the room is not. Price is $150 per week.
