Hi my names Chris and I am looking for someone to move into my newly built house in butler (7 mins North of Joondalup). It is a fully furnished (apart from the bedroom) 3×2 house I am renting out one room which means you will have your own bathroom and essentially own end of the house. There is a spot in a double lock up garage also available if you have a car. I am easygoing 23 year old male.
