I am a 25 year old female looking for 2 people to rent 2 rooms. I am pretty easy going and love to cook. I work full time and am fairly social.The property is cosy and fairly central 10 min drive from the domestic air port and Burswood Casino and under 15 mins from the city. The property has all furniture and appliances you will need but if you wish to bring something of your own I would be open to that. The property has an outdoor patio area with table chairs bbq and fridge/freezer also air conditioning and heating in the main area of the house. There is plenty of room out the front for parking should you have a car. There are shops public transport food of all descriptions gyms parks and any other ammenities you will need close by. Your rent will include water power gas and use of all that the property has to offer as mentioned above I love to cook so dont be surprised if I throw in a meal every now and then too.
