The room is available immediately but MUST be filled by the end of Feb.The place is a 3 bedroom house on Grey Street Bayswater with lots of living space. It is located a close walk to bus stops restaurants groceries and parks. It gets a 70/100 (Very Walkable) on walkscore. com! Morely Centro Galleria is only 2.5km away. Ashfield train station is just 2km away and then its less than 15mins to the CBD! Less than 10mins to the airport!!I am looking for another relaxed honest and fun housmate to share my new home.About the place:The house is in good condition and is pretty much original 70s (no its not Retro but it has some character). There is lots of living space with 2 separate living rooms and open plan dining room and decent sized kitchen.There is an alarm AC in both living rooms and fans in the bedroom. Huge park and ovals (Houghton Park) just 200m away!The place is fully furnished but the housemate moving out has a few belongings they will be taking with them so if you can provide some stuff yourself then that is a definite advantage (a fridge or TV would be good!)! I have a couch table/chairs good sound system lots of kitchen appliances/cutlery/crockery etc. We have ADSL2+ wireless internet (cost shared $27 each per month).Great road access with Tonkin Hwy less than 2mins away and Walter Rd East (Beaufort St) 1min away taking you straight into the city. Due to this great road access we are LESS THAN 10 MINS FROM AIRPORT so the place would be great for a FIFO worker.As me and my girlfriend are moving out in 3 months It would be an initial 3month+ term with the option to stay longer/take over the lease after that. Bond is 4 weeks rent and rent to be paid fortnightly in advance. All bills to be shared evenly.The room itself fits a queen size bed has a built in wardrobe and a good ceiling fan.About us:Im a 29 yr old urban designer I love surfing cooking travel going to gigs good music exercise and generally enjoying life. My girlfriend lives with me and is a 27yr old engineer. We are both very easy going and easy to get along with. We like to socialise and enjoy a few beers/wines but im not looking for a party house. We are clean and tidy but not over the top. We will both be moving out in three months time at which point the remaining housemates will have the option of taking over the lease.The third housemate is a 25yr old male who is easy going too and generally keeps to himself (the perfect housemate?).About you:The ideal housemate will be a 25-35 professional reliable honest fun-loving and friendly.
