Hi there Im a 24 year old female who works FIFO on an 8/6 roster so I will only be home every second week. I have two rooms available to females who are interested preferrably between 20 – 30years old. I would prefer them to be working or be studying if possible. I dont have much furniture living area wise at this stage could possibly supply a bed though i guess if you have your own feel free to move it in. Though your own wardrobes drawers etc will be needed.I am in the middle of renovating the house inside is still good though i have paving to complete out the back. There is a picture of my almost complete bathroom…The area is close to public transport only a short walk to the bus stop (at the end of the street) and a 20 or so minute walk to Bassendean or Ashfield Train station. There are two parks close by within 5 minutes walk and also a supermarket about a 15 minute walk. I am looking for people who are trustworthy and clean who also dont mind helping with some house duties while I am away (watering garden etc) I am fairly outgoing once you get to know me and like to relax although the house is a priority at this stage. I like to be social and it would be good to have a drinking buddy every so often :)If you have any questions or would like to come and see feel free to contact me.
