So I am looking for some housemates to fill two rooms available from the 19th October.The pad is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in on Grey Street Bayswater with lots of living space. It is located a close walk to bus stops restaurants groceries and parks. It gets a 70/100 (Very Walkable)! Morely Centro Galleria is only 2.5km away. Ashfield train station is just 2km away and then its less than 15mins to the CBD! Less than 10mins to the airport!!I am looking for some relaxed honest and fun housmates to share my new home.About the place:The place is in great condition and is pretty much original 70s (no its not Retro but it has some character). Im pretty open to how we deck it out.There is lots of living space with 2 separate living rooms and open plan dining room and decent sized kitchen.There is an alarm AC in both living rooms and in the master bedroom fans in the second (and third) bedroom. Lovely garden out front. Huge park and ovals (Houghton Park) just 200m away!The place will be partly furnished. I have a fridge couch table/chairs good sound system crappy TV (I dont watch much) lots of kitchen appliances/cutlery/crockery. I will be looking to buy some things as required but if you can provide some stuff yourself then that is a definite advantage! It will have ADSL2+ wireless internet (cost shared $27 each per month).Great road access with Tonkin Hwy less than 2mins away and Walter Rd East (Beaufort St) 1min away taking you straight into the city. Due to this great road access we are LESS THAN 10 MINS FROM AIRPORT so the place would be great for a FIFO worker.It would be an initial 6month term with the option to take over the lease after that. Bond is 2 weeks rent and rent to be paid fortnightly in advance. All bills to be shared evenly.About the rooms:Master bedroom: Big room with built in wardrobes AC and views onto the lovely garden out front.Single room: Smaller room to suit single/double bed. Ceiling fan. It is a bit of a squeeze with a double bed but absolutely liveable and you are welcome to use some of the other space in the house to store your extra gear (as long as you arent a complete mess!).About me:Im a 29 yr old urban designer I love surfing cooking travel going to gigs good music exercise and generally enjoying life. I like to socialise and enjoy a few beers/wines but im not looking for a party house. Im reasonably clean and tidy but not over the top.I will actually probably only be around half the time as Im often at my girlfriends place or out and about somewhere. My GF would also be staying at mine a bit when im there but dont worry we are definitely not the argumentative types!About you:The ideal housemate will be a 25-35 professional reliable honest fun-loving and friendly. Male or female but ideally id like a mixed house. Non-smoker. Ideally you would have some household goods of your own to make up for what I dont have yet!FIFOs welcome.Im open to couples but you would have to be prepared to cover the cost of both rooms ($300pw) (my insurance only allows two people living with me). This would then mean I would keep the third room free which you would be welcome to use as study/storage.Note: The property will be sub-divided sometime in the next 6 months with a second place built on the rear block.
