We are two 20-year-old female professionals living in Bayswater approximately 10 minutes drive from the Perth CBD and Northbridge nightlife and 15 minutes walk to the closest train station. We currently have the master room available in our lovely 3×1.5 which features floor to ceiling mirrors double sliding wardrobe semi ensuite great view and plenty of space. Our place is fully furnished and you will have use of all major appliances (i.e. fridge washing machine and dryer) and furniture. The house also features a 4 car driveway. We adore our beautiful home and are ideally looking for someone around the same age male or female employed and with own transport. You will be required to sign a lease for a minimum of four months with an upfront bond payment to our real estate of $500.
