Hi!Myself and my flatmate are looking for an easy going person to rent a room! The rent is cheap and the house is quite old but very cute. We would prefer a female housemate and you must be working.The house is a 3 x 1 with quite a small yard. The landlord is lovely and the house is a private rental. She is okay with pets and so are we.We are quite tidy and bear in mind that we are 19/20 years old and we like to have a good time but are still respectful of your space and require you to be the same.
