I want a Mum & her Daughter to live in my home as Housemates. It has 4 furnished bedrooms (2 free at the moment), 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges & 2 story, & I have a 29 yo girl Uni student as a Housemate.She’s been here 8 months.The house has all the ‘whitegoods’ it needed to accommodate my Partner & our 5 yo daughter ‘cept both died 7 years ago, in a motor accident.
You would share the home but your ‘personal’ life, not at home (student studying). Your direct family excepted.. I’m near 70,one faulty leg & eye not good so I’m partially crippled but where required, I can help. A polite, Aussie born, 20 – 37 yo, not overweight, sticks to Houserules & has a dedication to her daughter will be from a ‘bub’ to about 9 yo (I’m loose with ages). Money is not really a concern so bond & bills, to share, I cover these,School & Kindy’s close(you cover these).
