Pool table Bbq area.This lovely big house is located 25 mins from joondalup/ecu/ 20 mins from morely and 15mins from midland.Aveley is located ellenbrook and Henely Brook and has much nicer parks and facilities and in the heart of the swan valley with lots of brewerys cafes restaruants wineries distilleries and even a chocolate factory! It doesnt get much better than this. It takes 40 minutes in the morning to get to northbridge so is actually quicker than living on the freeway.Photos are of the dining/living area.
