Me and my cousin are living in a house in Padbury owned by my parents and our other room mate is moving out to live with her boyfriend, we are both 22 and are looking for someone to move in
The house is in a great location 2 minute walk to IGA and other local shops and a 5 minute drive to the beach and Hillarys Boat harbour. We are both females and are very easy to get along with. The rent is $130 per week and then just bills when they come in which is usually just electricity and gas which doesnt work out to much at all split 3 ways.
