Hi Im a Kiwi whos just bought a house in Perth. Looking at setting up shop and working over here for the next 5 years or so. Me and my partner live in a large tidy low maintenance house in a great location which is only 15 minutes walk to Whitfords train station. We have plenty of off road parking so if you have a car no worries its 20 minutes drive to the CBD the Whitfords shopping centre is 2 minutes drive and Mullaloo beach and Hillarys marina and shops are 5 minutes drive.I have a large room with built in wardrobe available for a couple. We have another flatmate that you would be sharing a bathroom with. This is not by any means a party house but we are friendly people who enjoy a drink from time to time and have a laid back attitude. So as long as you clean up after yourselves and are genuine good people we would enjoy your company.
