Our spacious home is located between Hillarys boat harbour and the train station (which is great for going to the beach or catching the train into the city). The house is located in a quiet suburb and has a 2 car garage. No pets, or couples or drug users allowed.

The room available once was a formal lounge so its pretty huge and has a tv connection. We don’t believe that you should rent a room, but rather share a home. Which means being friendly and respectful.

My housemate and I are full time working professionals, but I am not there half the time due to working offshore. We are fairly active but aren’t massive party animals. We are looking for someone whom is looking for a long term home to share in beautiful Padbury.

We are hoping that our future housemate shares some similar values. So get a hold of us as soon as possible to move in this June.
