Rent is $225 (sharing with one other person your own bathroom car spot in the secure garage dishwasher aircon fully furnished house except the bedroom and built in robe). Only for 6 months at this stage though possibly longer. I am easy going like things to be kept clean but im not pedantic about it i have a gorgeous 7 month old beagle who is very friendly and prefers to be inside (so you must be dog friendly and not mind sharing the couch with him ). I have been studying though i am taking a year off to work. I like to generally keep to myself though love a glass of wine and a chat every now and then
