Room includes a double bed, bed side draws, under-bed storage, stand alone wardrobe, clothes chest.
There is a pool and gym available within the complex. No allocated parking bay but ample street parking.
The house is a ground floor apartment with a small courtyard. The accommodation will be shared with two lovely female housemates.
