my name is Clement and I am French from Reunion Island, I have been living in Australia for close to 7 years and in this house for almost 5 years, unfortunately I am now alone in the house because one of my friend had to move for a new job and the other one had planned to move out to go travelling so I now URGENTLY need someone to come live with me because I simply can’t afford the rent on my own.

The rent is 150 dollars a week per person and that doesn’t include the bills (gas, electricity, internet and water( water is partly paid with the owner)).

The rooms have a mattress, a small desk and a wardrobe. (which can be removed if needed)

I got three rooms available, one slighty smaller than the other two but all descent size bedrooms with double bed, a small desk and wardrobe.
