This unit is 3 bedroom. Although I am occupying the first room. Offering a 3-6 month stay for two occupants. The air-conditioned lounge is large and also has a large living and kitchen area. The two bedrooms being offered are small to medium in size therefore pricing will be different for occupants. There is a single garage and off street parking is also available should both tenants have a car as I do not currently drive. There is a medium sized brick backyard for entertaining etc. Bills are not included. Bills will be $15 per week should you prefer not to use the internet provided and $35 should you wish to take advantage of the broadband which has been set up.
