Hi my name is sophie and i have a 3×1 house in clarkson. I am a friendly easy going person. I am currently living by myself in the house. I work most weekends and work away quite often so you will have the house to yourself most of the time.The house is furnished however the bedroom is unfurnished. The house has ducted air conditioning alarm and remote garage. It is walking distance to the shops and it is a 10 minutes walk to the train station
