I have a room for rent in a 4×2 house with a pool, house is fully furnished except for unrented bedroom. 2 housemates living in house at present. I will only be accepting female applicants at this time as you will be sharing the 2nd bathroom/living area with another female. Rent will be $150 plus utilities.
