This three bedroom ,one bathroom,brick,air conditioned home is available and fully equipped for a family holiday. It is close to the shops, park and the beach. The house can sleep 7 people with 1 double bed,4 single beds and a folda bed. There is a large patio with furniture and a BBQ for out door living. There is plenty of room for off road parking with a fully enclosed yard. The separate lounge has a flat screen TV and 2 comfy lounges. It is necessary to bring your own linen. Nightly rate is $150. This is negotiable for pensioners, long stays and off peak times.
