The house is a large circa 1980s built 4 bedroom 2 bathroom with a study located on a 1000m2+ block in Bluff Point. Beach is very close.Room detailsRoom 1 – Medium size room with built in robe and double bed. $135 per week exclusive of bills etcRoom 2 – Super size room with adjoining study and external access to patio area. No bed or furniture in place. $145 per week exclusive of bills etcGeneralThe house is fully furnished with two fridges two TVs couches chairs and outdoor sitting area.Theres an excellent wireless internet connection with a 50gig/month download limit which we dont even get close to working through each month!Food is separate in the house with plenty of pantry space.Outgoing costs and bills are recorded on the fridge and partitioned every couple of months depending on whos spent what.Bills are reasonably low due to solar hot water and solid fuel heater.Preference is for a non-smoker with no pets and a full time job.
