Unit contains-2 stories bedrooms are upstairs loungeroom kitchen and bathroom are downstairs-Foxtel and internet which is already payed for-Shared bills will be for power water and home phone.-mostly furnished apart from the bedroom but if you already have some furniture then some of it may be used. -electric – heating stove oven hotwater. -Full access to shared pool area along with friendly neighbours -Looking for a clean and tidy responsible honest trustworthy easy going and laid back person to share this unit with.-I have a girlfriend who works in another town and therefore lives there during the week so there will be weekends that she will be staying with me at the unit along with her little dog Zac who is an inside dog but is clean and not smelly and is toilet trained.I am a tradie so ill be out of the unit nice and early so shouldnt be any bathroom clashes.If you have any questions feel free to ask.Will post pics of unit asap.
