Hey!Easy going 30 yr old guy. I own this 3 bedroom single story 1 bathroom house 1 st back from the torquay main beach in old Torquay. It has double garage 1 bathroom 1 toilet large kitchen and meals area with fridge dishwasher freezer microwave laundry with washing machine and dryer large lounge room fully furnished with large plasma with surround sound and foxtel. there are 2 spare bedrooms all with built in robes large enough to fit queens size beds and all other bedroom furniture. Outside there is a large deck and pergola area which I just finished building which over looks the heated pool and spa area also just finished landscaping the back yard which is very private with fence extensions so my 12 month old staffie cant get out! I work full time am an outside smoker like to have a beer when not working and also smoke the other stuff but outside! also a bit of a nudist at times so have to be cool with that! I surf and jet ski also when the weather is great!
