House is set in a quite area, includes the following:

- Main bedroom consists of new double bed, side table, chest of drawers and wardrobe with mirror.
- Second bedroom has twin beds, dresser with mirror and large wardrobe.
- Lounge room is comfy with three couches, coffee tables, bookcase, television and a split system.
- Kitchen consists of electric hotplates and oven, refrigerator is in excellent working order, very clean. Table and chairs seats six, small appliances and kitchenware included.
- Third bedroom can be used as a guest bedroom or study.
