I have two rooms available in a 3 bedroom house.
The house is pretty much fully furnished apart from the bedrooms. Each bedroom will fit a double bed and each has a built in wardrobe.
The house has two living areas, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, separate toilet and laundry. Also a double garage with storage.

There is also an outdoor area, a small backyard, clothes line and garden shed.
The house if centrally heated and air conditioned in the lounge room.
