Hi, I’m looking for a couple of friendly people to share my house.

The house is in Mount Pleasant so it is really close to town, bus stops and is not too far from the uni and centre of town.

The rent is $100 per week plus bills which are divided equally. As I own the house there is no bond or need to deal with real estate agents.
There are 2 bedrooms available, each with a built in wardrobe and both will fit a good sized bed.
The rest of the house is furnished, however there is some room for people to bring some of their own stuff into the house as well.

The house is centrally heated and has gas hot water. It is air conditioned in the main living area. Overall it is a very comfortable house to live in.
There is a bit of an outdoor entertainment area, a good sized backyard, including a clothes line and garden shed (which could be used for storage).
For parking there is a double garage and also plenty of room in the front yard, which is very safe.

The house has a decent kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, a large pantry and a new dishwasher. There is no Interenet at the moment, but it is something that I will consider getting.

The area is very quiet with very little street noise and also quiet neighbours which keep to themselves.

Ideally looking for people who are going to uni or working and preferably aged around 20 to 30, but I am flexible. Not just looking for people to live with but also be friends with as well.
