Large room available in a friendly happy house.Currently housing two students and one professional person this house has plenty of study space with two living areas new kitchen/dining and a large bathroom which is shared by two people.Plus you can wake up at 8.20am and still make it to an 8.30am lecture! (Though from previous experience I wouldnt recommend it…)This large house is on 36 acres with a couple of alpacas a horse and some cows muching the grass. If you like the country feel while still being only 10 minutes from Ballarat this place is worth a look We also have to bearded dragons and two happy (and rather large) pooches who live inside and may on occasion require a pat.Currently living in the house are myself (student) and my partner (works) who own the house and we have one tenant who is an international student studying mining engineering. We are all very relaxed have a sense of humour and are generally tidy. Two of us are vege/vegan and we are all non-smokers.Students (international/domestic/mature age) and professionals ste welcome to come have a coffee and view the property.
