Looking for 2 house mates that are fun and easy going and are able to pay rent and bills. The rent will be $125 for one person and for the 3 people it would be $100 per room and bills be split etc. in with the rent there will be a gardener doing our lawns and things.The house is furnished with a fridge couch dryer some rooms have cupboards and tables. The house is in a neighbour hood area there is a shed out the back for drinking in exercising in what ever you choose to do. There is parking space outside the front of the house.My last housemate is the owner of this house so there will be no dealing with real estate agents. He is very easy going and will do anything if any problems occur
