There is a clothes line and the laundry is equipped with a washer and dryer.The house has a solar hot water service and heating and cooking appliances are gas: the running costs of the ammenities are very reasonable.
The room offered has a great king sized bed, chest of drawers and corner shelves. There is also a wall mounted tv. There is NO hanging space in this room.( I used to put my things in a suit bag and slide it under the bed).
The good sized double bedroom gets the morning sun, and has a tv mounted on the wall, however there are no built in cupboards in this room. This room is $100.00 per week unfurnished, however, the king size bed with supreme mattress and furniture as seen in photos is available for an additional $15 per week if desired. All bills split.
