Open plan kitchen / meals / living room has wood heater and split system heater / aircon. Bathroom has seperate bath and shower and vanity with storage space. Seperate toilet. Large secure yard. Pets negoitable and agistment available.
$80 per week for 5 nights (Mon – Fri) – suit student or young worker travelling home on weekends, $120 pw for 7 nights. Rent includes all utilities including share of wifi internet and general consumables i.e. toilet paper and cleaning products.
Definately FEMALES ONLY (your male friends are ok when staying with you but I don’t want a fulltime male housemate – sorry guys).
