Hi, I’ve got a large room for rent in Ballarat.
The house is located in sunny Brown Hill. It’s a short drive to the city center and Mt. Helen. The bus stop is quick 1 minute walk.

The room itself is very big, enough room for a desk, TV, couch, bed etc..
The house is fully furnished. including washing machine, dryer, gas appliances, off street parking and has wireless internet. Not to mention an impressive collection of old vhs videos kindly left behind by my old roomies Helen and Louis.

Ideally you will be tidy but not a ball buster, sociable and are either working or studying. Refrences will be required.
You will be sharing with Mick, 26 who works 2 part time jobs. Who likes sport, drawing and is a massive music nerd (don’t ask) My girlfriend usually stays over a couple of nights a week.

Rent is $140 a week inclusive of all bills.
