We are looking for a housemate to occupy our spare room. The two residing housemates are both male 21 and 26 who are fairly quiet real easy going and good to get along with.The house is located close to the city. It would best suit any student who would like to walk to SMB or the Arts Academy as we live just up the road and/or those who dont mind a bus ride out to Mt. Helen. Rent is fairly cheap but bills are divided equally amongst the members of the house. We have high speed internet connected as well.** There have been many questions about if there is bond. Yes there is it will be $320. It is not due right away but preferred to be paid asap / before the end of January.The room itself is the slightly bigger bedroom at the front of the house which has a large built in wardrobe. The room has no included furniture.The rest of the house is well furnished. The street is quiet and has front parking.
