Hi. l have a 3 bedroom home with one room available furnished or unfurnished if preferred which I am looking at leasing in the short term / medium term. The furnished room has a king single bed and a desk. I do not have the internet or telephone connected as I have a mobile so this will be at your own cost plus half gas and electricity. l am only about 3 min drive to Sturt Street and about 10 mins drive from Mt Helen Uni. Should public transport be required then it is a short walk to the bus stop or if you have a car then street parking only is available. I have a dog who is mostly outside but does sleep inside at night but is very well behaved. I also have a bird who is inside as well in case of any allergies.I am easy going and my house is not a party house. Please contact me for any further info.
