We’re looking for a house mate!!! Current have two female tenants in the house one working full time the other a full time nursing student! House is a 3 bedroom fully furnished and the room we are offering is partly furnished with a queen bed! Unfortunately it does not have a wardrobe as it is an older house. But in saying that the kitchen and bathrooms have been renovated beautifully in the last two years and all new carpet has been laid throughout the house and there is ducted heating! It’s in a great location only 3kms from the CBD! We have all amenities connected including internet and these are split equally between everyone in the house! We’re clean easy to get along with!
