Californian bungalow in a quiet street in central Ballarat. 3bdr house with 1 bathroom good size secure yard. Has central heating. Very functional and clean. Wireless Broadband internet available.The house is close to CBD schools shopping hospital supermarket etc.One good sized room available and is fully-furnished (dbl size bed bookshelf wardrobe study desk if needed). Share is with one female who is 28 years old full-time employed (stays in Melbourne most weekends). Like people who keep tidy. Would prefer a female. Rent is $120 per week including bills (internet an extra $20 per month). The house is fully furnished with all kitchen appliances and utensils so is the lounge room (couches TV DVD player coffee table etc). All you need to bring is yourself and your personal belongings and make the home yours for a few months.Short Stay from September to late November. Longer stay may be an option.Cheers Kim.
