The room is a large double it has a separate heater and air conditioner the bathroom is shared as is the kichen and lounge Tv in the room all kitchen amenities including crockery supplied the room is currently furnished but yourown furniture can be used if so desired.There is safe and secure off street parking large yards and washing machine provided.5 minutes to the city centre by bus and 7 minutes from the ballarat UNI by car.Owner does the yard work and cleans the house I live separately at the back of premises in flat.At the moment there is 1 other person in the house a 23 year old work experience guy who is hardly ever home.
