I have a very large bedroom available in my house currently there is 1 other tenant in the house I live separately from the main house.there is a share lounge and kitchen all kitchen utiities are there.Each room has separate heating and air con.there is a very large private back yard and secure off street parking.The house is 8 minutes drive from the ballarat uni s mt helen campus buses at door and 5 mins to the main shopping precinct I do all the yard work and clean the house as well with the exception of the bedrooms the gas and power costs are shared each month.The room can be furnished or if you have your own furniture thats ok too.
