Set high on a large block, the 2-storey solid brick home features three very large bedrooms, all upstairs. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and a single bed, bedroom 2 a double bed while the third bedroom has two sets of bunks and a single bed.

A bathroom with shower and separate toilet service the upstairs area. An elevated deck surrounds 3 sides of the upper level. Downstairs there are two large sitting rooms with heaps of quality furniture, a colour TV, DVD,video and stereo. The area is heated by a slow combustion wood heater and wood is provided.Reverse cycle A/C also services the living area. The kitchen features an electric stove complemented by two gas burners and a large microwave. The fridge is a huge 2-door. The kitchen table seats six with ease in the centre of the room.

An additional bathroom downstairs has a shower over a large hip bath, and a separate toilet. The laundry has a full size auto washer and drier. A large built-in gas BBQ at the rear of the house is provided for your use.

A 20% deposit must be paid upon booking (minimum $100). Guests need to supply their own towels, tea towels, sheets, doona covers and pillow slips. The maximum number of guests at this property must be adhered to at all times. Accommodating extra guests in tents or caravans is strictly prohibited.
