This stylish near new home has options to suit varying numbers of people from 2 to 6. The main bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite of shower and toilet. The 2nd bedroom has 2 king single size beds and the mezzanine room has a queen size bed. There is a 2nd bathroom with shower and toilet.

The kitchen, dining and lounge are combined for relaxed living. Floor to ceiling windows in the lounge make for a peaceful view of the front garden and bush setting. The wood heater makes this an enjoyable winter getaway. Ceiling fans and quality furnishings throughout make this a holiday home you will enjoy and remember. There is a TV, DVD and CD player in the home. The dining table can be extended to seat 10 people and the well appointed kitchen has gas cooking, microwave and fridge.

The house is close to the beach and shops. The light filled sheltered property has excellent access and is close to the centre of town.

A 20% deposit must be paid upon booking (minimum $100). Guests need to supply their own towels, tea towels, sheets, doona covers and pillow slips. The maximum number of guests at this property must be adhered to at all times. Accommodating extra guests in tents or caravans is strictly prohibited.
