Sited on a well treed corner block this three bedroom house has loads of holiday privacy. This home is situated in easy walking distance to the main beach access the store and caf.

The kitchen, living and dining area are combined opening onto a decked area at the rear of the house. The decked area is secured by a gate making it safe for toddlers.

The kitchen is very well appointed with electric cooking, a microwave and family fridge. The island bench overlooks the entire living area keeping everyone in touch.
The dining and lounge area are very tastefully and comfortably furnished. There is a colour TV and DVD player as well as a CD sound system. A wood heater in the lounge area will heat the entire house should it turn chilly.

The three bedrooms are situated off a central hallway, bedroom one has a queen bed, bedroom two has a double bed whilst bedroom three has two sets of bunks sleeping 8 overall.

The bathroom and laundry are combined. The shower is over a hip bath allowing the bathing of children. A full size family washing machine is provided.

There is a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture on the rear deck.

A 20% deposit must be paid upon booking (minimum $100). Guests need to supply their own towels, tea towels, sheets, doona covers and pillow slips. The maximum number of guests at this property must be adhered to at all times. Accommodating extra guests in tents or caravans is strictly prohibited.
