Get away to this cozy, comfortable home perfectly suited to a small family and a favourite pet. As responsible pet owners, you can rest at ease that the property is securely fenced. Enjoy a 10 minute stroll to the shops and the main beach entrance. The driveway carport allows for easy side entry and for loading and unloading of the car.

The kitchen, lounge and dining area are combined in an L shaped configuration. The kitchen is well appointed with a gas stove and gas hot water service, a new fridge and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The lounge / dining area is spacious and includes a colour TV with digital HD stations and a DVD player.

An open fireplace as well as an electric NOBO heater are available for cooler evenings and a portable fan is provided for those hot summer days.

The 2 bedrooms include double beds (with a pull out sofa bed in the lounge), doonas and pure wool blankets, with BYO linen, bath and beach towels.

The well established native garden provides privacy and a peaceful environment for both you and the native wildlife. The back garden is an ideal spot for the summer barbecue. A portable gas barbeque and outdoor furniture make for quick and easy mealtime preparation. All found in the outdoor cupboard out side the kitchen door.

The bathroom includes a shower, laundry tub and linen closet for towel storage, with the toilet being separate. The home is supplied with fresh tank water for drinking and bore water for all other uses.

A 20% deposit must be paid upon booking (minimum $100). Guests need to supply their own towels, tea towels, sheets, doona covers and pillow slips. The maximum number of guests at this property must be adhered to at all times. Accommodating extra guests in tents or caravans is strictly prohibited.
