This older style two bedroom home situated on a double block with loads of shady Tea Trees is a great spot for a beach holiday.

The kitchen and dining/family room are combined with the large lounge area immediately adjacent. For a smaller home the living area is very large.

The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooking, a microwave and a family size two door fridge. The dining room area is large and should it be needed can be heated by a pot belly stove. The lounge area is comfortably furnished and has a CTV,DVD, VCR, and a CD player. This area has gas heating.

Bedroom one has a double bed while bedroom two has a set of bunks and a single bed.

The bathroom has a shower recess, vanity and toilet. The laundry has a family size front load washing machine and a dryer. In the back garden there is a paved area shaded by tea tree. A gas BBQ is provided.

A 20% deposit must be paid upon booking (minimum $100). Guests need to supply their own towels, tea towels, sheets, doona covers and pillow slips. The maximum number of guests at this property must be adhered to at all times. Accommodating extra guests in tents or caravans is strictly prohibited.
