High levels of insulation and double glazed windows provide a very comfortable interior, easy to heat and cool with a reverse cycle air conditioner and wood heater making it a great holiday house for all seasons.

Two bedrooms with queen sized beds plus a kids’ bedroom with 2 bunks and single bed. Summer and winter doonas and pillows provided. House specifically designed to comfortably accommodate two families. Has bathroom with bath/shower and toilet, separate wc and laundry space with washing machine.

Covered front veranda and side deck area, classic webber bbq (you will need to bring heat beads). Sustainable features include solar PV system, heat pump hot water system and a large bladder water tank under house, 5 star WC, solid bamboo floor and ceiling fans throughout.

Hard wired fire alarms in all rooms. Well fenced to keep dogs in. No smoking inside, wet shoes/feet on the bamboo floor or dogs on furniture please. Large dog sleeping mat available on request. House featured in Renew magazine, March/June 2010.

A 20% deposit must be paid upon booking (minimum $100). Guests need to supply their own towels, tea towels, sheets, doona covers and pillow slips. The maximum number of guests at this property must be adhered to at all times. Accommodating extra guests in tents or caravans is strictly prohibited.
