A Cosy 2-bedroom house in easy walking distance to the patrolled beach, shop and cafe. Bedroom one has a queen bed, bedroom two has a set of bunks (and a porta-cot if needed). The lounge room has bi-fold doors enabling an area to be closed off to form a third bedroom; this area has a fold-out couch.

The lounge itself is comfortably furnished with CTV, video, dvd and stereo. Outdoor shower and new bathroom. The entire house can be kept lovely and warm with the wood-heater. The kitchen is superbly appointed,with top of the range appliances, including electric cooking, oven, microwave and a two door fridge. A large deck and veranda ideal for entertaining has a gas BBQ and an outdoor setting. The bathroom has a shower over a hip-bath and a separate toilet. In the laundry you will find a washing machine and trough.

A 20% deposit must be paid upon booking (minimum $100). Guests need to supply their own towels, tea towels, sheets, doona covers and pillow slips. The maximum number of guests at this property must be adhered to at all times. Accommodating extra guests in tents or caravans is strictly prohibited.
