This terrific new home is a perfect setting for a great holiday at Sandy Point. The house is elevated with a large deck, partially covered, surrounding the front and part of one side of the house. There is plenty of outdoor furniture and a big gas BBQ to enjoy this large area. The deck opens through doors at both the front and side of the house into a large combined living, dining, and kitchen area. The entire area is bright and airy with quality fittings throughout.

The well appointed kitchen has electric cooking, a microwave and a family size two door fridge. The colour TV is connected to a combined DVD player and a CD player is also provided.

The three bedrooms are situated on the lower level. Bedroom one has a queen bed, bedroom two a bunk bed single over double (sleeps 3), and a single bed. Bedroom three has a queen bed.

The bathroom has a shower over hip bath and a separate toilet. The laundry has a family size automatic washing machine and an additional fridge. The garden is well maintained and ideal for outdoor entertaining. The large undercover carport area would also be a bonus should the weather become inclement.

A 20% deposit must be paid upon booking (minimum $100). Guests need to supply their own towels, tea towels, sheets, doona covers and pillow slips. The maximum number of guests at this property must be adhered to at all times. Accommodating extra guests in tents or caravans is strictly prohibited.
