Only a very short stroll to the beach and minutes from the local supermarket and cafe; this location will make a beach holiday easy. The house has a nice back veranda with a BBQ area.

There is a good size kitchen with electric cooking, microwave and a big 2-door fridge. The lounge dining kitchen areas are combined and all very well appointed. A wood or electric heater heats the area, should the weather turn cool.

There are 3-bedrooms, one with a queen size bed (with pillow top mattress), one with a queen bed (pillow top)and a single, and the other room with two sets of bunks sleeping 9 overall. The bathroom contains a basin and a shower over a hipbath. The toilet is separate. The laundry has a family size front load washing machine. The house is almost brand new and has it all for the family seeking a great beach get away.

A 20% deposit must be paid upon booking (minimum $100). Guests need to supply their own towels, tea towels, sheets, doona covers and pillow slips. The maximum number of guests at this property must be adhered to at all times. Accommodating extra guests in tents or caravans is strictly prohibited.
