Be ready to fall in love with as soon as you enter through the front door, with high ceilings and floorboards and generous rooms, it is really quite deceiving! On entering the hallway you are invited to come in and make yourself at home. The formal dining room, which is the centre of the home, there is plenty of room for your whole family to all sit down together and what a better way to enjoy your meal with the open fireplace keeping you warm at all times, or an air conditioner for the warmer months. The lounge room is enclosed with a wood heater and compliments the dining area. All bedrooms have carpet and two have BIR’s, they are good sizes to accommodate everyone’s needs. The bathroom is huge that you could swing five cats in there, the positive is that it has separate bath and shower. The kitchen has adequate storage space (walk in pantry), bench top for extra seating it is very roomy and could also fit another small table. The laundry leads out to the decking that overlooks the undercover patio (another through to the back of the garage) and through to the HUGE size block, which would accommodate everyone’s needs, plenty of room for swing sets, trampolines, riding bikes etc, the list goes on. There is also a lock up garage to secure your car to make sure that it is not having the frosty windows in the morning.
