I live upstairs and you are downstairs. You have your own room(double size bed), your own kitchen / lounge room and your own bathroom all downstairs! You have your own private entry door.

I am a friendly person who is respectfull.
I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy, honest, trustworthy, NO smoking and respect others.

- 1 person = $200p/w or $867p/m (including electricity, water and unlimited internet)

- 2 persons = $300p/w or $1,300p/m (including electricity, water and unlimited internet)

- Bond is 4 weeks rent (1 person = $800 or 2 persons = $1,200)

- Rent is collected 4 weeks in advance.

- Rent due every 4 weeks (28 days)
