Hi Im Adam and I have a spare room at my place. Rent is $80/week plus bills. The house is about 5 minutes from town in a decent street. The house is 3 bedroom currently I am in one room my existing housemate Jade is in another and the 3rd room is spare.There is plenty of room available for parking in the double garage. The available room is unfurnished; the rest of the house however is fully furnished.As for Jade and me were pretty easy going. I generally work out of town so Im not around that much but Jade works locally so shes around a fair bit. We pretty well looking for someone who is generally neat and tidy (Im no clean freak) to help share the costs and who will be decent company.The room is available now so if you are interested give me a call and we can arrange a visit to see what we can arrange.
